Deb's Gorgonzola Salad Dressing & Chop Salad

2 Cloves Garlic, Finely chopped
1 C Fage Greek Yogurt, nonfat
1 1/2 C Best Foods Mayonaise
1 t Worcestershire Sauce
1/3 C Seasoned Rice Wine Vinegar
8 oz Crumbled Gorgonzola or Blue Cheese
1/2 C Half & Half
1 1/2 t Ground Pepper
1 t Salt

Mix all ingredients in a food processor, using an immersion blender or whisk. If you desire a chunkier dressing process half cheese and add the other half at the end. Refrigerate. Keeps for 1 week.

Chop Salad

2 Heads Romaine, roughly chopped
2 Large Tomatoes, cut in small cubes
2 T Chopped Red Onions
1/4 C Bacon Bits, homemade or purchased
1 Can Garbanzo Beans, Drained

Toss with 1/4 C dressing and serve.
