Dijon Chicken or Turkey Salad

3 C Roasted Chicken or Turkey, Chopped roughly
1/2 C Non Fat Greek Yogurt, Fage brand is preferable
1/2 C Best Foods Mayo
3 T Dijon Mustard
2 T Capers, drained
1/2 C Celery Chopped
3 Scallions, Sliced thinly
1/2 t Black Pepper

Place all ingredients in bowl and toss to mix thoroughly. Serve on toasted bread as a sandwich or on a bed of spring mix.
