Lime Shrimp Dip
This one is for my friend Lisa, I brought this to a party and we couldn't leave the dip!
2 C Bay Shrimp, (small salad shrimp)
1/2 C Sour Cream
Zest of 1 Lime
Juice of 1 Lime
1/4 t Salt
Mix all ingredients and stir to combine. Taste for seasoning. Serve with water crackers.
